With more than 25 years’ experience in Catholic communications, Patrick Novecosky has assembled a team of experts to bring life to Catholic organizations’ communications efforts.

Patrick founded NovaMedia in 2016 to meet a growing need for professional, high-quality marketing for Catholic leaders. As Legatus’ Publications Director for 12 years, he transformed the organization’s marketing, media relations, and PR efforts, achieving national media coverage for the now well-known membership organization for Catholic business leaders.

As one of America’s most accomplished young Catholic communicators, he is the winner of more than two dozen awards from the Catholic Press Association of the United States. Patrick has written for some of America’s top Catholic publications, including the National Catholic Register, Fox News, Our Sunday Visitor, and Catholic Digest. His work has been published in five languages.

George is a 20-year performance improvement practitioner, high-performing team champion, and servant leader specializing in managing complex projects that effectively connect people, process and technology. Previous roles include Strategic Manager at Northrop Grumman (TS), Senior Consultant at The Black Belt Group, and most recently, Program Manager at BITS. George has been certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRI), and current certifications include Project Management Professional (PMI) and Senior Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (SHRM).

Cindy Northon 

Client Services Director

Cindy launched her professional career in New York City working publicity for some of the biggest names in Hollywood. She went on to join the successful A&R team at BMG Music that launched the Christian direct music club, Sound and Spirit. Getting back to her publicity roots, Cindy moved to Nashville and promoted a host of popular Christian music artists. The creation of Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Mich., sparked an old desire in her to attend law school. After graduating as part of the school’s second graduating class, Cindy conducted confidential contract review in-house for IMG—one of the largest sports and fashion agencies in the world. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan.

Terence is a tech savvy CPA who loves his Catholic faith.  Based in Canada, Terence provides assurance, accounting, tax and tech support to the community.  With over 18 years of experience, Terence works to serve.  This includes service volunteering on church, prolife, community and professional organizations.
